Falafel was expertly done! Perfect texture and great flavor. Lamb and chicken also great! Good value, clean environment, pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere. Located in a strip mall or plaza with A Jamaican restaurant, Dominican restaurant and Vietnamese restaurants. Something for everyone!
Service was great, very nice and welcoming. The food was flavorful and I enjoyed it. The Tzatziki sauce was sweeter than I’m Use to but other than that everything was great and my order came out fast.
I am a frequent customer of Kebabistan Grill. I always purchase the lamb over basmati rice plate and have never disappointed! I especially love the white sauce and always ask for extra. If I didn't eat so fast just now I would have taken a picture. 😂 The staff person is always so kind, I am happy to see her too. She really works hard. It was a packed house today! ♥️
I've passed by this place so many times and not once have I stopped by. Today I wanted something different and I am so glad I tried them!!! Food was ready in a timely manner, it was fresh and waiting for me when I picked it up. I ordered their mixed loaded fries and a falafel wrap. Flavors are delicious and all ingredients were fresh. I'll be trying other things on their menu very soon.
First time coming and it was a great experience, the food was really good. I got the half and half which was really good! My boyfriend got the lamb gyro, he originally got one but went and ordered another because he really enjoyed. I definitely recommend checking this place out. We dined in as well and the place was chill.
I ordered the grille mix plate with the lamb and chicken and it was delicious. Has a little heat on the back end. But a little water knocks that out right away. Every bite was delicious enough food to eat twice. I will be going back
Some friends and I popped in for lunch the other day, and I'm glad we did! I'm always trying to find good low-carb options around here, and their Half N Half plate lunch special was a solid pick. I asked Asra if she could swap the rice and pita for extra salad, and she was super accommodating. The Half N Half is a mix of lamb gyro and chicken tikka. Both were really flavorful, tender and well-seasoned. She really came through with the large salad for my base that was fresh and piled high with toppings – definitely a filling meal. My total, with a drink (in my case a bottle of water), came to $16.23. One of my friends ordered the Mix Grill plate, which included the addition of chicken kebab, and a baklava dessert. He was pretty happy with his meal, saying he wished he'd ordered another plate to go. However, he said the baklava was a bit hard. His meal total with the baklava came out to $22.71. The place itself is on the smaller side, so it's probably best for smaller groups if you want to dine in. They serve everything in to-go containers, which is convenient. Asra was really friendly and patient, especially since we took a minute to figure out what to order. Just a heads-up: the payment kiosk does ask for a tip, even though it's counter service and you bus your own disposables. Overall, Kebabistan Grill is a good spot for a tasty and filling meal. It's not the cheapest lunch around, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it, especially if you're watching your carbs. We will definitely be back soon.
I tried their Mix Gril plate , It was soo good specially the chicken seekh kabab . Highly Recommend 🙌
Total cost: $16.23 I ordered the Veggie Plate. i was told they were having a special where I could pair the meal with fries and a drink, so I did just that. The sauce was really tasty, and the falafel had crispy exterior while being very fluffy on the inside. The basmati rice had a nice flavor of cumin and turmeric. The mediterranean salad tasted fresh and crisp, while the fries were well salted. I really enjoyed my meal and would recommend this establishment to others.
Last stop on our Taste of Killeen tour. My selection: the gyro with a Mediterranean salad on the side because the Lamb Gyro plate, that my co-worker ordered looked like a lot, and we still had to go back to work! The lamb was tender and flavorful and the serving size was plentiful. We're were looking for a place that served Mediterranean food/ gyros and stumbled upon this... great find. It's on the list for the next time.
